BUT AS
THE WAVE
REGAINS
AND
COMES
THUNDERING
BACK
FROM
THAT
DISTANT
PLACE
IT IS
THOSE
MIGHTY
FOOTFALLS
OF THE
RAM
THAT
SHOWS US
WHERE
THE NEW
LIFE
DOES
REALLY
BE
IT IS
HERE
|
Robert
Mugabe
is
another
leader
who has
held on
to power
with a
dictatorial
style of
rule. Is
he a Leo
and if
not why
not? (see
this
blog
July 23,
2007) In
our
earlier
profiles
of
dictators
we found
a
predominance
of
people
with a
Leo Sun
thus
making
them
hard to
remove
and
giving
them
a no-surrender
stability.
But
Robert
Mugabe
is
different
from
Castro,
Milosevic,
Napoleon,
Chavez,
Musharraf,
Clinton
and
others
in that
he was
elected
in a
popular
vote and
was
reelected
by
popular
vote and
re-elected
again.
In the
cases of
most Leo
leaders
they
just
took
power as
some
sort of
a right.
As you
will see
below
Robert
Mugabe
is a
Pisces
on an
Aquarius
cusp but
if he
had been
a Leo it
would
have fit
much
easier
with the
Leo
dictatorship
thinking.
April 6,
2008
Robert
Mugabe,
February
21,
1924,
(no time
available)
in
Salisbury
,
Rhodesia
that is
now
Harare ,
Zimbabwe
. The
first
thing I
looked
for was
the Leo
connection
but the
only
thing I
could
find was
Neptune
18Leo40
retrograde.
Yes
Neptune
is a
strong
planet
and yes
the
retrograde
singles
it out
for
challenging
energy
transference
but it
is not
enough
for the
Leo as
dominant
leader
thinking.
It is
possible
that
with a
time
known he
could
have a
Leo
Rising
Sign or
possibly
a Leo MC
that
would
strengthen
the Leo
argument
but that
is
speculation
at this
point.
April 7, 2008
So what is it in the astrology
natal chart of Robert Mugabe
(view
chart) that has enabled
him to hold on to power for
20 years. The next place I
looked was at his fixed signs
and here we start to see the
pattern emerge. He has Neptune
in Leo as I said before. His
Sun is 01Pisces31 so it is
definitely on the fixed sign
Aquarius Cusp but the most
telling fixed sign is Saturn
at 02Scorpio15 retrograde.
This is most important as
Saturn 02Scorpio15rx is in
exactitude with the Sun 01Pisces31.
This is why Robert Mugabe
has held power for so long
the oppressively tight control
of Saturn in direct link with
his Sun. The Leo holds power
by telling all how wonderful
they are and what a great
job they are doing along with
a stubborn refusal to move.
Saturn holds power by the
force of control. Saturn can
only be defeated by disgrace.
The epitome of life for Saturn
is control and respect so
how can they be respected
if they loose control? Robert
Mugabe will have to be forced
from office.

On May
2, 2008
Saturn
will
turn
Direct
at
01Virgo41.
Saturn
turned
retrograde
December
20, 2007
at
08Virgo34.
Saturn
has
played a
role in
the
financial
crisis
that has
rocked
the USA
and
around
the
world.
Saturn
is
control
and
Virgo is
money.
The
money
has been
out of
control.
With
Saturn
going
direct
we can
expect
some
relief
but on
April 2,
2008
Pluto
turned
retrograde
at
01Capricorn09
adding a
new
complexion
to the
economics.
Pluto
will
retrograde
back
into Leo
by June
14 and
will not
turn
direct
until
September
8 when
it has
reached
28Leo30.
Pluto
will
re-enter
Capricorn
November
27,
2008.

Astrology
cycles
are
often
complicated
by
overlapping
occurrences.
On July
9, 2008
at
22Capricorn22
Jupiter
goes
retrograde
thus
adding
to the
economic
complexities.
Jupiter
will
stay
retrograde
until
September
7, 2008
when it
goes
direct
at
12Capricorn32.
What we
see here
is two
giant
outer
planets,
Jupiter
with
size and
Pluto
with
intensity
both
going
Direct
after a
retrograde
passage
through
Capricorn
and
perhaps
for the
first
time in
over a
year the
world
economy
will
know
where it
stands.
September
the 7,
2008
also has
the Sun
in Virgo
along
with
Saturn
who is
slowly
making
its
almost
three
year
passage
through
Virgo. A
few days
prior on
September
3, 2008
both the
Sun and
Saturn
are in
conjunction
at the
11th
degree
of
Virgo.
April
13, 2008
The
seeds
for the
world
economic
woes
were
nurtured
in
January
2007
when the
Sun and
Mercury
were in
Capricorn
and were
joined
by Mars
who
spent 6
weeks
moving
through
Capricorn
stirring
the pot.
Mars
left
Capricorn
February
26,
2007. In
May 2007
Venus
entered
Cancer
opposing
Capricorn
and like
a full
moon
shone
light on
the
brew. In
June
2007
Mercury
entered
Cancer
shining
more
light.
In July
2007 the
Sun
entered
Cancer
and
there
was no
hiding.
In
September
2007
Saturn
entered
Virgo
and
demanded
it’s
due. All
throughout
2007
there
were
indicators
of
trouble
as the
Cancer
and
Capricorn
Moons
came
around
on a
monthly
basis.
April
14, 2008
March 4,
2008
Mars
again
entered
Cancer
and this
time the
tide was
out as
the full
light
shone on
the bare
books of
Capricorn.
Mars
leaves
Cancer,
may 9,
2008 the
very day
that
Jupiter
goes
retrograde
in a
cosmic
game of
rugby as
the ball
is
handed
to yet
another
player
with its
own set
of rules
and
desire
to
score.

The
Full
Moon
in
astrology
is
one
of
the
most
widely
recognized
phenomina
as
it
relates
to
moving
planetary
bodies.
From
hospitals
to
police
departments
there
is a
marked
increase
in
activity
at
the
Full
Moon.
The
Full
Moon
should
be
clarified
by
splitting
its
intensity
and
influence
into
before
and
after.
Before
and
leading
up
to
the
Full
Moon
there
is a
building
of
pressure
usually
about
three
days
that
intensifies
right
up
to
the
exact
moment
of
the
Full
Moon.
The
energy
is
then
released
in a
whoosh.
Yes
for
the
hours
around
the
exact
Full
Moon
there
is
intensity
but
it
is
the
buildup
that
is
what
needs
watching.
April
19, 2008
There
will be
a full
moon at
3:30am
this
Sunday
morning
April
20,
2008. It
is the 3
days
(Thursday,
Friday
and
Saturday)
before
the full
moon
that are
the most
sensitive.
This has
been
astrological
knowledge
for ages
but now
it
becomes
somewhat
official
as NASA
scientists
become
the
discoverers.
“NASA-supported
researchers
have
realized
that
strange
things
may be
happening
on the
full
Moon
when it
gets hit
by
Earth's
magnetic
tail.
FULL
STORY at
April
20, 2008
Planetary
effects
are very
similar
to the
Full
Moon as
the
pressure
and
energy
build as
an
aspect
is
approached.
The
pressure
intensifies
when one
planet
is
approaching
an
aspect
with
another
and the
second
planet
is
retrograde
thus
moving
backwards
into the
aspect
doubling
the
intensity.

Because
a Taurus
is a
Taurus
and not
a Gemini
they do
not
think
for the
sake of
thought.
They
think in
terms of
obtaining
luxury
and then
enjoying
that
luxury
with
leisure.
You can
only
think so
much
when
digging
a ditch
whether
it is
with a
shovel
or a
back
hoe.
Taurus
is the
sign of
hard
work and
as such
seeks
and
dreams
of
leisure.
But the
practical
Taurus
understands
that you
have to
work
hard to
have the
leisure
you
want.

It is
now time
for the
classic,
Esoteric
Astrology
by Alice
Bailey,
Lucis
Publishing
Co., New
York .
This
book
will
take you
into the
outer
dimensions
of
Astrology.
A must
for
every
Astrologer.
Some so
Alice
Bailey
got it
wrong
but
there
are few
astrologers
on her
level.
