The emotion of Cancer and the Moon are upon us. A time when our sensitivities have reached a new level. A level that is only reached through birth and the growth of the offspring and their growth and fulfillment. In Gemini you can describe birth but in Cancer you feel birth. In Cancer you feel everything. The Cancer is the sign that dreams often the Cancer and their dream state are intertwined. On such intertwined Cancer was Edgar Cayce. As a Cardinal sign Cancer is a sign of action once started they are committed. The Cancer is very much like the crab that depicts its sign. A sometimes tough outside. Sometimes clumsy with those big claws. Take the shell off the crab and they are very tender. The Cancer needs a lot of protection against life and as they grow they develop their own shells for that protection.

When looking at the Natal Chart of Alan Johnston and comparing it to the Kidnap Chart and the Release Chart the first thing that astrologically seems to be talking is Venus the ruler of Taurus.

From a Progressed Chart perspective the Alan Johnston kidnapping occurred while the Nodes retrograded at Exactitude back across (by degree) the Progressed Sun. The release occurred when the Progressed Nodes had crossed (by degree) the Progressed Sun and the Sun was now separating from the exactitude.

Leo is upon us. A fixed fire sign that once established does not really change it just matures. Visually the female Leo can be very beautiful from Rachel Welch to Hallie Berry . The male not always the most handsome like Mick Jagger or Roger Fedderer are just as pronounced in their personalities. The strength of the Leo is their friends. Here is a good generalization “every Aries will have a Leo as a best friend”

Leo follows Cancer. In cancer we saw and explored our sensibilities in action. We traveled an emotional path from the dark to the light of Leo. In Cancer we felt what was right. In Leo if our friends are agreeing then it is right. In Leo what our friends tell us is the collective right. The Leo when in a political position is not easily moved they hold power well. Just as the Taurus will not let go of possessions the Leo will not let go of power.

Three Leo leaders who were/are very good at holding on when the chips were down were Bill Clinton, Slobodan Milosovic, and Purvaz Musharraf. In the USA there is a Leo Barack Obama who wants to be the leader. Obama’s main opposition is a Scorpio Hillary Clinton who learnt politics as the wife of a Leo leader.

Lindsay Lohan, born July 2, 1986, time unknown, New York , New York seems to have a control/authority alcholol/drug problem. I would expect to find a retrograde Neptune in exactitude to Saturn. In her birth chart she has.
